Hamish has extensive experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic disease management and believes strongly in using exercise as medicine to improve people’s health, wellbeing and quality of life.
Hamish completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the University of Wollongong. After gaining valuable experience working as an Exercise Physiologist in clinics throughout South West Sydney, he moved here to the Eurobodalla and founded Eurobodalla Exercise Physiology in 2017.
Hamish works in Batemans Bay Monday-Thursday and at Queen St Medical Centre in Moruya on Fridays.
Amber completed a Bachelor of Exercise Science and Rehabilitation at the University of Wollongong in 2015. Following this, Amber moved back to where she spent her childhood on the South Coast of NSW to put her Exercise Physiology knowledge to practice.
Amber has always had an interest in leading a physically active lifestyle with a particular focus on assisting those who have experienced illness or injury to return to physical activity, work and leisure.
With a growing public awareness around the benefits of clinically prescribed exercise for an extensive list of individuals, Amber looks forward to bringing this approach to those in the Eurobodalla area.

Aden is a strong believer in exercise and education as medicine for positive health and lifestyle change. To date, Aden has enjoyed working with a variety of people from all walks of life, and is eager to continue to meet and work with new people in the Eurobodalla area.
Aden completed a Bachelor of Exercise Physiology from the University of New South Wales in Sydney. Aden will also be working in the Eurobodalla region in workplace assessment and rehabilitation, as well as further abroad as the performance manager of mobius BridgeLane continental cycling team.
Aden works at the Bateman’s Bay clinic on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s.
Andrew provides an integrated approach with a degree in Exercise Sports Science from Federation University Victoria, and a Masters in Chinese Medicine from RMIT Victoria.
With a belief that exercise is medicine Andrews passion is to help people build strong, robust, healthy bodies that allow them to do the things they love, be it at home, in the workplace, at the gym or out on the sports field.
Andrews balanced approach of modern exercise science combined with traditional eastern movement arts allows for a unique blend of exercise and rehabilitation programs.
Currently Andrew is available Wednesday and Friday at Batemans Bay
